The main function:

● 10-inch color touch panel, matched with PLC system, easy to operate.
● The feeding hopper has large capacity and is comfortable to load.
● For page turning requirements, it is equipped with 4 vacuum page turners on the upper and lower sides and long and short side page turners to facilitate high-efficiency production.
● A special shaper that pre-processes the back of the book before sewing to ensure the quality of the sewing.
● Thread needles and hook needles can accurately follow the book to ensure the highest thread locking quality.
● The locking saddle mechanism is driven by the camshaft of the "cam box", and the transmission components operate in a sealed oil tank, so that the cam has an extremely long life and does not require daily inspection and maintenance.
● The height of the accelerating wheel can be adjusted according to the thickness of the signature.
● This machine has an image taking function, which can effectively prevent wrong order of signatures (optional).
● At the book outlet, the book blocks are automatically separated for easy collection.
