● The machine performance design is extremely compact. The distance between the feeding hopper and the book collecting table is only 1 meter, which saves space and makes collecting books convenient and fast.

● 10-inch color touch panel, matched with PLC system, easy to operate.

● The feeding hopper has large capacity and is comfortable to load.

● The feed transmission adopts the latest double-fulcrum camshaft arm design, which can make signatures more stable and reduce downtime.

● For page turning requirements, it is equipped with 4 vacuum page turners on the upper and lower sides and long and short side page turners to facilitate high-efficiency production.

● A special shaper that pre-processes the back of the book before sewing to ensure the quality of the sewing.

● Thread needles and hook needles can accurately follow the book to ensure the highest thread locking quality.

● This machine has an image taking function, which can effectively prevent wrong order of signatures (optional).
