The main function:

● The machine's performance design is extremely compact, with only a 1-meter distance between the
feeder and the book receiver, saving space and facilitating quick and convenient book collection.

● The 10-inch color touch screen is equipped with a PLC system that controls all the functions of the machine.

● The large-capacity feeder ensures comfortable operation when the machine operator put the signatures.

● Feeder delivery will reduce shutdowns by making the signature more stable and easier to deliver with the latest dual fulcrum camshaft arm.

● To meet page turning requirements, the machine is equipped with three vacuum page turners for both top and bottom sides, as well as long and short edge page turners, ensuring efficient production.

● The reshaper can pre-process the signature spine before sewing, and this device and technology can not only effectively reduce the frequency of equipment shutdowns, but also enable the thread sewing to further improve the quality.

● Sewing stitching and crochet can be easily inserted into the hole that the bottom needle punches along the spine, ensuring the highest sewing thread’s quality.

● The book outlet features automatic book separation, facilitating easy collection.

● The core books after the thread sewing is transferred to a large, easy-to-operate book output table, and the trimmer at the book out table automatically trims the tail thread to approximately 10 mm

● This sewing machine can be optional. There is the function of image photography which can prevent the signatures with page order content errors.
